How do I book a car?
Enter your pickup location, destination, date and passengers in the booking form, choose a vehicle from the available options, and complete the checkout. You will receive a booking ID and confirmation email instantly.
Are the fares fixed or per kilometer?
Popular routes have fixed fares that include fuel, tolls and driver charges. Custom destinations are priced on a daily rental basis or per kilometer, depending on the vehicle.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can request a cancellation from your account or the Track Booking page. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup; see our cancellation policy for details.
Do you provide airport pickups?
Absolutely. We monitor flight arrivals and our driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name board.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on pickup, bank transfer, and secure online payment (cards, JazzCash, Easypaisa) where enabled. You may also pay a partial advance to secure your booking.
Is a driver included?
Most vehicles come with a professional, experienced driver. Selected cars are also available for self-drive with a valid licence.
