- Bookings are confirmed once accepted by our team and (where applicable) the advance payment is received.
- Fares shown at checkout are final for the selected route, vehicle and dates. Additional stops, waiting time or route changes may incur extra charges agreed in advance.
- Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes may be charged.
- We may substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
- Self-drive rentals require a valid driving licence and security deposit.
